Delivery

Y-Shop: We deliver on weekends and do special arrangements for deliveries during weekdays. Our customers can pay via MasterCard or VISA on delivery.. Special arrangements can be made for customers requiring our service outside our delivery days. We encourage our clients to prepare their grocery list in detail, incidate their supermarket(s)/store(s) of choice and incidate their address where there will like their groceries to be delivered to.

Customers that place an order on the Saturday before 18:00 (6pm) will get thier groceries delivered the same day. Any orders after 18:00 (6pm) on Saturday will be delivered the following day (Sunday) in the morning before 11:00 (11am).

After receiving your order, Y-Shop staff will contact you to confirm that they've received your order. Please make sure that you have someone to receive the delivery on site.
